IT Applications Specialist

Located in Alimos , Attica.

Challenges of the role

IT Applications Specialist is not your typical IT support position. We are looking for someone who’s ready to dive deep into the systems that keep our business running – and make them better. You’ll be working in a dynamic environment where different applications, data flows, and business needs converge.

That means your role will not be limited to just maintaining the status quo – you’ll be challenged to optimize, automate, and connect systems in smarter ways.From understanding business logic behind ERP & WMS processes, to maintaining a SQL-based data warehouse, to integrating external platforms via web services – this role is ideal for someone who loves solving puzzles and isn’t afraid of complexity.

Key Responsibilities

• Entersoft ERP & WMS Support & Customization
• Customize forms and views to better support business workflows
• Act as an internal consultant, helping users understand and fully leverage the ERP & WMS system
• SQL & BI Data Warehouse Maintenance
• Use strong SQL skills to work across databases and support our BI solution (Targit)
• Ensure data integrity, trace data issues across systems, and support report generation
• System Integration via Web Services
• Develop and maintain integrations between various internal and external systems
• Work with APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.) to automate and streamline business processes
• SharePoint Site Management
• Build and manage intranet sites using SharePoint Online
• Support internal teams with document sharing, team spaces, and collaboration tools
• Continuous Improvement & Tech Exploration
• Stay updated on new tools and technologies
• Propose and implement digital solutions that improve operational efficiency

Ideal Candidate profile

• 2 years minimum experience with Entersoft ERP or similar enterprise systems and SQL, including data modeling and troubleshooting
• Experience with web services, APIs, and basic scripting for integrations
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online and the creation of basic intranet pages
• A proactive and curious approach to technology – someone who’s eager to learn and experiment
• Good communicati on skills to work with users from different departments
• Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
