Trade Marketing Specialist

At Coffee Berry, we are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to drive the effective execution of our commercial and in-store marketing strategy across our store network.
The role is ideal for professionals with experience in a retail environment who enjoy working in the field, collaborating closely with stores, and delivering initiatives with a tangible impact on sales and overall brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Execute the trade & in-store marketing plan across the store network

• Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, events, and seasonal activations

• Ensure proper implementation of brand standards (merchandising, planograms, signage, window displays)

• Collaborate with Marketing & Operations teams to deliver a unified customer experience

• Develop and manage in-store and POP materials

• Conduct regular store visits and collect feedback

• Manage digital signage and support brand presence on delivery platforms

• Monitor competition, market trends, and trade marketing expenses

Must-have

• 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing / Retail Marketing

• Experience within a store network or franchise environment

• Comfortable with field work and frequent store visits

• Strong ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and stakeholders

• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication skills (Greek & English)

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of ownership

• Team player with a practical, hands-on mindset

Nice-to-have

• Experience with POS systems / Digital Signage / e-shop / loyalty tools

• Involvement in events, store openings, or in-store activations

• Strong numerical skills and reporting orientation

• Experience collaborating with designers or advertising agencies

• Interest in retail and consumer trends
